We’re excited to add something new to the Indigo & Rye lineup: freshly roasted coffee.

Our coffee is roasted in small batches using an electric roaster, allowing us to carefully develop each bean’s flavor and offer coffee at its freshest. Rather than sitting on a warehouse shelf for months, these beans are roasted in limited quantities right here alongside the rest of what we make.

It’s a natural extension of what Indigo & Rye has always been about—thoughtfully made food, quality ingredients, and taking a little extra care with the things we eat and drink every day.

Look for rotating beans and roast profiles as we experiment, learn, and find our favorites. And yes—this particular corner of Indigo & Rye is a husband-and-wife operation: I bake it, he roasts it.
